UNMUDDLE
Feeling lost? Burnt-out? Muddled?

UNMUDDLE
Making sense of muddled minds*
Unmuddle helps when focus drifts, overwhelm hits
and some days nothing seems to go to plan.
You might be here because:
-
You can really focus on interesting things… and ignore everything else
-
You know what you should do, but can’t seem to get yourself started
-
Your emotions spike or shut down just when you need to remain calm
-
keeping daily routines feels impossible, no matter how hard you try
-
You feel rejected, attacked or overwhelmed at the slightest criticism
If daily life feels like treading water…
we get it and we've got you.
Unmuddle: a definition
(un-mud′l; verb): To make sense of a mind that’s scattered, lost, stuck or overwhelmed; through self-understanding, self-regulation and self-acceptance.
Understanding how your attention, drive, body and emotions interact
Regulating ups and downs to get moving, slow down or remain calm
Accepting failures and embracing strengths to grow without struggle
Stressed and burnt out?

Brain* always on, yet feel you’ve never done enough? Burnout creeps up fast when your mind's on overdrive.

Unmuddle your thoughts, protect your energy and build habits for recovery and sustainable high performance.
What’s Unmuddle?
Unmuddle is a way for anyone to make sense of themselves and the world, and then make changes that allow them to live the life they want, their way. If you feel like you're a bit different from other people, or that this world doesn't seem to have been designed for you, it's important to hear that you're not alone, you are normal, and you are enough. If focus slips away, emotions run high, or daily planning feels like climbing a mountain, you may be experiencing executive functioning or nervous system dysregulation issues. Luckily, there are science-backed, ADHD-friendly strategies that are available to help build habits that improve everyday performance.

Why Unmuddle?
Minds* aren’t one-size-fits-all. Some are wired for hyperfocus, some wired for overreaction, some both.
Unmuddle helps you recognize patterns, work with your strengths, and create routines, environments, and habits that fit your mind.
Grounded in neuroscience and psychology, shaped by hundreds of client stories, and informed by lived experience, Unmuddle helps you find more clarity, confidence, and ease in daily life.

*just to be clear: when we say “minds” we're really talking about our internal world (thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, and sensations) relates to our body’s entire nervous system (the brain, spinal cord, immune and sensory systems, gut, and all the organs of the body), and interacts with hormones, lived experiences, history and upbringing, life traumas, relationships and our external environment.

Who is Unmuddle for?
We're not big on labels but we recognise some people find them helpful and some people who find their way here already suspect they have adult ADHD, Trauma, OCD or Executive Functioning (EF) issues, or may have been (mis)diagnosed with various mental health issues that don't seem right.

Unmuddle could be helpful for anyone:
-
wanting to understand themselves and reduce impulsivity
-
seeking to build routines and harness the motivation to get stuff done
-
curious about their psychology, neurotype or personal growth
-

-

Unmuddle could also be helpful for anyone:

-
who has been in and out of jobs but can't figure out why
-
who feels diminished, ashamed, angry, isolated, lost and overlooked

Our Mission

Unmuddle has been taking shape for over a decade, and it’s constantly evolving as the science changes. It all began when it became clear that the usual ways of coaching or therapy didn’t quite cut it for neurodivergent high-achievers chasing that extra edge, under-achievers feeling stuck, and over-achievers teetering on the edge of burnout.. So we committed to help these people understand and better harness their unique brains, realise their potential, craft successful careers and enjoy their lives, according to their individual needs.

We plan to include free resources based on the latest science, informed by neuroscientists, nutritionists, psychologists, physiologists and psychiatrists; shaped by hundreds of client stories, and coloured by our own lived experiences.
Our mission is simple: to create a resource that allows everyone to find more joy, more purpose and the confidence to live life to the fullest.
